Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every item we offer and want you to feel confident when you shop with us.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • Original packaging must be included

  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Tags (if applicable) must remain attached

Non-returnable items:

  • Worn jewelry

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or personalized pieces

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization before shipping.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • If free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

After that window:

  • If not yet shipped → cancellation allowed with 10% restocking fee

  • If shipped → cannot be cancelled
